Job Title: Site Manager

Location: West Midlands

Thorn Baker Construction's client is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the delivery of urban regeneration projects in the region. The successful candidate will work closely with the client's team to ensure the successful completion of projects, focusing on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Liaise with internal staff and external sub-contractors to ensure a smooth project process.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all staff and visitors on site.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of company-wide solutions.
  • Monitor site facilities and report any damage or concerns to management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the PLC house building industry.
  • 2+ years as a Site Manager on a high-volume project.
  • SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid at Work, and relevant construction qualifications preferred.
  • Full UK driving license.
