Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize diaries, meetings and travel arrangements for the team.
  • Prepare, edit and format legal documents and presentations with accuracy and precision.
  • Maintain client records and manage client communication effectively.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as required by the team.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. A degree in the legal or business field.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  3. A permanent contract with a 4-day work week.

Location and Salary
