Job Summary

The St George's Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Audiologist to lead the Auditory Implants Service. Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the Auditory Implants Service, providing clinical leadership and direction to the team.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments, fitting of auditory implants, and post-operative rehabilitation.
  • Develop and maintain clinical guidelines, protocols, and standards of practice.
  • Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives to advance the field of audiology.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Audiology or a related field.
  • UK registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (RCPsG).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in audiology, with a strong background in clinical leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
