Job Description: Disability Support Worker

HCRG Staffing is a leading provider of staffing solutions, and we are currently seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and other conditions.

Key responsibilities include developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with service users, promoting their self-esteem, happiness, and emotional health. You will also respect their right to privacy and ensure their dignity is maintained at all times. Furthermore, you will encourage and support service users in expressing their needs, views, and concerns, enabling them to make choices and decisions, and participate in planning and decision-making processes.

The salary for this role is approximately £32,400 per year, based on 37.5 hours per week. We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment, and we welcome applications from individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional care and support.
