Job Title: Asset Planning Analyst

Reed Property & Construction is seeking an experienced Asset Planning Analyst to join their team in Northampton. As an Asset Planning Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational alignment of assets to strategic direction, data collation, analysis of space across the estate, and contributing to the development and improvement of systems and processes for better utilisation of the estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Asset Strategy Manager in property management tasks including leases, acquisitions, and disposals.
  • Undertake onsite data collation activities for occupation and utilisation of the estate.
  • Assess risks within the Strategy and Space Management area and ensure they are minimised or managed safely.
  • Provide space-related data for Full Economic Costing submissions.
  • Liaise with staff to ensure effective use of workspace assets and support strategic plans.
  • Maintain awareness of modern workspace planning techniques and promote best practices.
  • Work closely with the projects team to align planning and delivery.
  • Assess accommodation requests against strategic objectives and formulate solutions.
  • Facilitate the implementation of committee decisions.
Requirements:
  • Graduate with a business management, real estate or property related degree.
  • Experience working in an estates department or asset planning/management department.
  • Basic design skills using AutoCAD.
