Reed Property & Construction is partnering with an exceptional business in Northampton to recruit an Estates Planning professional to support the Asset Strategy team.

The role involves ensuring the operational alignment of assets to strategic direction, data analysis, and contributing to the development of systems and processes for better estate utilization.

This person will work with minimal supervision and collaborate with colleagues across different functional areas.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Asset Strategy Manager in property management tasks, including leases, acquisitions, and disposals.
  2. Undertake onsite data collection activities for occupation and utilization of the estate.
  3. Assess risks within the Strategy and Space Management area and ensure they are minimized or managed safely.
  4. Provide space-related data for Full Economic Costing submissions.
  5. Liaise with staff to ensure effective use of workspace assets and support strategic plans.
  6. Maintain awareness of modern workspace planning techniques and promote best practices.
  7. Work closely with the projects team to align planning and delivery.
  8. Assess accommodation requests against strategic objectives and formulate solutions.
  9. Facilitate the implementation of committee decisions.

Requirements:

  1. Graduate with a business management, real estate, or property-related degree.
  2. Experience working in an estates department or asset planning/management department.
  3. Basic design skills using AutoCAD.
