We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Diabetes Specialist to join our team at Great Western Hospital.

About the Role:

This full-time opportunity is available from 1st August 2024, with a contract duration of up to 4 months.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients with diabetes and endocrine disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing ward cover and clinics for patients with diabetes and endocrine disorders
  • Participating in multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) to develop patient care plans
  • Performing administrative tasks as required
  • Potentially participating in on-call rosters

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified doctor with expertise in diabetes and endocrinology. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is £100-£110 per hour, reflecting the UK's competitive market rates for locum doctors.
