About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Managing Director to lead our business forward. As a key member of our Executive Board, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our growth strategy, driving business operations, and inspiring our team to deliver exceptional results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting and implementing the strategy to grow both turnover and profit;
  • Full P & L management for the business, including budget setting and monitoring performance;
  • Management of business operations and annualised commercial performance;
  • Inspiring, leading, and managing a dispersed workforce;
  • Driving innovation across the business to generate new income streams and enhance our service offering;
  • Being a visible leader to all aspects of the Company.
About You

We are looking for a Senior Professional with a strong background in Property Management, Building Surveying, Facilities, or Housing Management. You will have a good understanding of how to run and manage P & L, and the proven ability to develop strategies and translate these into initiatives and track the successful delivery.

You must be able to demonstrate commercial success and decision-making, and show experience of delivering operational excellence, analytical thinking, process improvement, problem-solving, delegation, and planning. We are looking for a true leader of people who will enjoy working in a service-oriented business that prides itself on a positive customer experience.
