Ghosh Medical Group: Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Accountant to join our team at Ghosh Medical Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our growing network of healthcare clinics and sister company Ghosh Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, improving efficiency and ensuring robust financial controls and processes are in place.
  • Oversee the purchase ledger and monthly payment run, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and reconcile supplier accounts on a regular basis, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss, and balance sheets.
  • Verify the accuracy of business accounts and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with at least 2 years' experience in a finance department, preferably within the private medical industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of company financials and analysing financial data, with a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and IF functions, with the ability to design appropriately formatted tables, reports, and charts.
  • Knowledge and experience using medical CRM, payment processing, and accounting software, preferably Xero.
