Job Summary:

We are seeking a Care Support Specialist to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care and support to clients with varying needs and preferences
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication management, and domestic chores
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain the highest standard of care

Requirements:

  • Paid experience in care preferred, but full training is available
  • Ability to commit to our rota and shift patterns, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Caring, resilient, and committed approach to care delivery
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
