About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Officer to join our team at ABM UK. As a Security Officer, you will be the public face of our Security Team, responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and tenants, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Site Safety: Conduct regular patrols of the site, identifying and mitigating potential security risks and ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
  • Incident Management: Manage incidents and emergencies in accordance with site policies and procedures, ensuring a prompt and effective response.
  • Communication: Liaise with the site control room and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Reporting: Record and log all incidents and non-conformances, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Must hold a current SIA front-line license, with an SIA CCTV license being advantageous.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a security role, with a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
