We are currently recruiting for a Retail Security Officer to join our store team in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
This is a full-time, permanent position that offers great flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings, and at weekends.
No previous experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided – we want to hear from candidates with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a drive to succeed.
As a Retail Security Officer, you will work closely with our Store Management Team to meet loss prevention objectives and ensure the safety of our colleagues and customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Observing and reporting any incidents in store
- Monitoring CCTV footage, in line with company policy and procedures
- Adhering to and enforcing Health & Safety guidelines
- Conducting internal investigations into stock loss, fraud, and theft
