Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust is a leading healthcare provider in the region, serving over 500,000 people. Our new hospital, the Midland Metropolitan University Hospital, will provide state-of-the-art facilities for our patients and staff.

Main Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of nurses and support staff in delivering high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Manage budgets and track financial performance to support the department's financial sustainability

Requirements

  • Current NMC/HCPC registration
  • Experience in theatre practice and leadership
  • Teaching and assessing knowledge
  • Management/leadership programme or willingness to undertake

Salary: £73,668 - £80,948 per annum
