Compass Associates is seeking a skilled Clinical Case Manager to oversee complex care packages in North London. This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus mileage (45p per mile). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of 12 patients, predominantly paediatric clients.

The ideal candidate will have a background in nursing, with active NMC pin and at least 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in complex care or intensive care settings. They will be competent in tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and PEG feeding, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of 12 patients, predominantly paediatric clients.
  • Ensure personalised, complex care in their homes, and provide both nursing support and emotional well-being to clients and families.
  • Oversee care plans, competencies, and clinical documentation for all cases.
  • Conduct supervisions, clinical assessments, and ensure that staff meet required competencies and standards.
  • Work closely with the care team, recruiters, and external agencies.

Candidate Requirements:

  • RGN, RSCN, or RCN qualified with active NMC pin.
  • Prior experience in community nursing is essential.
  • Ideally hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a car.
