A leading industrial business is seeking an experienced Site Director to lead its largest UK manufacturing site. As a senior leader, you will shape the future of our facility, drive innovation, and deliver world-class performance across the site and business.
Responsibilities
- Chair cross-functional meetings and drive employee engagement.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including union representatives.
- Ensure site delivers high-quality products to customers.
- Develop and implement a manufacturing strategy aligned with the company's strategic plan.
- Maintain registration to health and safety, quality, and environmental management systems.
- Work closely with external stakeholders to develop company relationships and standing within the local community.
Requirements
- Demonstrate strong leadership, motivation, and drive.
- Experience in manufacturing planning and operations.
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent.
- Black belt in Lean/6 Sigma (preferred).
Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
