Site Management Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of the ENW Excavate and Lay contract in the North West. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Operational Teams and ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management, with experience in supervising teams and delivering projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, and promoting a positive and innovative culture within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Operational Teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
- Supervise the opening and closing of street works permits in accordance with NRSWA.
- Liaise with Traffic Management department and local authorities to pre-plan works and minimize disruption.
- Promote the BE:SAFE culture and ensure that any safety issues are reported in line with company procedures.
- Complete and record daily measures of works complete to submit for weekly payments.

- SHEA (Power)
- NRSWA 1991 (Supervisor)
- EFAW
- IOSH or SMSTS (preferred)
- Trench Support/Deep Excavation (preferred)
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary based on experience, along with a full benefits package. The estimated salary range for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
