Electrical Trainer Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team as a Trainee Electrical Trainer. As a Trainee Electrical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering Electrical Installation apprenticeship qualifications to learners at our learning centre in Plymouth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of Electrical Installation qualifications
* Ensure the highest standards of learner completions are met
* Monitor candidates' progress and carry out regular progression reviews

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience as a Time Served Electrician
* Desire to pass on knowledge and skills to the next generation
* Good communication and presentation skills

**What We Offer:**

* Further development, training, and qualifications fully funded and provided
* 37.5 hour working week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm
* 34 days annual leave, including Bank Holidays

**About the Role:**

As a Trainee Electrical Trainer, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a training environment. You will be working with learners to help them achieve their qualifications and develop their skills in Electrical Installation.
