Job Title: Drilling Trainer
About the Role:
Fugro is seeking a skilled Drilling Trainer to join our team. As a Drilling Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training courses across the organisation by designing, developing, and delivering courses and programmes in accordance with Fugro training and policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Fugro Academy Training team to design and develop training programmes.
- Deliver training courses and programmes virtually, face-to-face, and online.
- Collaborate with Land and Marine Drilling experts to gather technical information required to develop training courses.
- Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to strict Health and Safety guidelines.
- Support other trainers and respond to emails from across the organisation.
- Update company databases and maintain accurate records.
- Occasionally travel globally to deliver training at Fugro or client offices.
Requirements:
- Experience with drilling technology and operations, onshore and/or offshore.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good computer skills using Word, Excel, and MS Project.
- Adaptability and ability to work as part of a small team and independently.
- Willingness to learn new skills and develop professionally.
