Drilling Training Specialist

Job Title: Drilling Training Specialist
Fugro is seeking a skilled Drilling Training Specialist to join our team. As a Drilling Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering training courses across the organisation by designing, developing, and delivering courses and programmes in accordance with Fugro training and policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the Fugro Academy Training team to design and develop training programmes.
- Virtual, Face to Face and Online Delivery of Drilling training courses and programmes
- Work closely with Land and Marine Drilling experts to gather the technical information required to develop training courses.
- Ensure a safe working environment, adhere to strict Health and Safety guidelines, and ensure the welfare of all course attendees.
- Supporting other trainers
Requirements:
Essential
- Experience with drilling technology and operations, onshore and/or offshore
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good computer skills using Word / Excel / MS Project etc.
- Adaptability, with a proven ability to work as part of a small team and independently.
- Willingness to learn new skills, appropriate to the position, as Fugro Academy develops.
