Drilling Training Specialist

About the Role
Fugro is seeking a skilled Drilling Trainer to join our team. As a Drilling Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training courses across the organisation by designing, developing, and delivering courses and programmes in accordance with Fugro training and policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Fugro Academy Training team to design and develop training programmes.
- Deliver virtual, face-to-face, and online training courses and programmes on drilling technology and operations.
- Collaborate with land and marine drilling experts to gather technical information required to develop training courses.
- Ensure a safe working environment, adhere to strict health and safety guidelines, and ensure the welfare of all course attendees.
- Support other trainers and contribute to the development of training materials.
- Occasionally travel to Fugro or client offices to deliver training.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience with drilling technology and operations, onshore and/or offshore.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good computer skills using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Adaptability and a proven ability to work as part of a small team and independently.
- Willingness to learn new skills and develop your expertise.
