Key Responsibilities- Ensure all new store openings are hired ready for opening dates and meet brand standards
- Visit stores regularly to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and opportunities to increase sales and profitability
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets
- Recruit high-quality managers and colleagues into the business
- Assist in the training, development, and progression of staff
- Ensure stores look presentable and vibrant
- Strive for stores to pass mystery shopper and audits
- Store Management or Multi-Store Management experience is desired
- Catering, Restaurant, or Hospitality experience is highly valued
- Ability to influence and implement change
- Driver's License
