About the Role:

Sbarro Area Manager is a leadership position responsible for driving sales, performance, and standards for multiple stores within a designated geographical area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure new store openings meet brand standards and are hired ready for opening dates.
  • Visit stores regularly to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate managers and teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Focus on marketing the brand to increase customer footfall.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Recruit high-quality managers and colleagues and ensure they feel part of the family.
  • Assist in training, development, and progression of staff.
  • Ensure stores look presentable and vibrant.
  • Strive for stores to pass mystery shopper and audits.

Requirements:

  • Store Management or Multi-Store Management experience is desired.
  • Catering, Restaurant, or Hospitality experience is highly valued.
  • Ability to influence and implement change.
  • Driver's License.
