Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Director to join our team at Mitchell Maguire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales relationships with M&E contractors, installers, and plumbing & heating merchants in the South London area.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial plumbing and heating products, with experience selling to M&E contractors, installers, and merchants.
The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission.
About the JobThe main responsibilities of this role include:
- Field sales position, selling a manufactured range of plumbing pipes & fittings, underfloor heating, pre-insulated pipework, and district heating
- Interaction with M&E contractors, installers, and plumbing & heating merchants
- 70% of your time will be spent selling to M&E contractors & installers, 30% to independent & national merchants
- Turnover target circa £350k
- Project sizes vary from £350 to £1k per house
The ideal candidate will have:
- Technical field sales experience with plumbing & heating contractors and merchants
- Experience selling to M&E contractors, installers, and plumbing & heating merchants
- A background in the commercial HVAC, M&E, or building services industry
- IT savvy, able to create sales plans
- Knowledge of commercial plumbing and heating products
- An energetic self-starter capable of handling multiple tasks to deadlines
- A calm, trustworthy, and professional approach
