About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance and Change Management Lead to join our team at dnevo Partners. As a Governance and Change Management Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the Governance and Change Lead with establishing and managing the Regulatory Self-Assessment, and supporting compliance to the operational resilience framework across London (and within the EMEA region) to a level expected by our local regulators and at a level in line with peers.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to take a lead role in coordinating the governance of Operational Resilience, preparing papers for relevant committees and ensuring issues are escalated appropriately.

About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for establishing Operational Resilience frameworks and capabilities within the organisation. The team has experienced significant growth recently, making it an exciting time to join and contribute to its continued success.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Leadership Skills: Ability to take a lead role in coordinating the governance of Operational Resilience.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and drive awareness and understanding of operational resilience.
  • Experience in Governance Environment: Proven experience in identifying and resolving risks and issues, or prompt escalation to programme manager if they are not able to be resolved.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Operational Resilience Module: Understanding of ServiceNow Operational Resilience module used in organisations (preferred).

Salary Information

The salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
