We are seeking a skilled Governance and Change Manager to join our team and support the development of our Operational Resilience framework.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all documentation related to operational resilience is updated in line with governance and regulatory requirements, building and maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, and tracking and reporting deliverables, risks, and issues through the lifecycle.

This includes writing minutes on the back of forums and committees, ensuring adherence to governance activities, data quality gap identification and remediation across the operational resilience data requirements, and management of change activities that could materially impact an Important Business Service (IBS) or Critical or Important function.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a governance environment, a good knowledge and understanding of UK Regulatory policy statements on Operational resilience and DORA EU regulations, and skills in tracking deliverables, risks, and issues through the lifecycle.

A creative and innovative approach to work, excellent Microsoft Office Skills - in particular PowerPoint, and the ability to remain up to date with regulatory changes are also essential.

Estimated salary: £65,000 - £90,000 per annum.
