Lead Martial Arts Coach Wanted

In this role, you will be responsible for leading classes of children and adults, teaching and giving constructive feedback to students, and creating a positive and non-intimidating learning environment. You will also lead grading classes and evaluate students based on their performance to obtain the next belt. With proven success and dedication, you may be awarded the prestigious position of Sensei and have the opportunity to run your own club under the Ryu Kai umbrella.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a genuine passion for martial arts. If you have a solid understanding of marketing principles and can effectively sell the benefits of our programs, it would be a significant advantage. Please note that our salaries range from £32,500 to £75,000 annually, depending on your progression through the ranks.
