As Chief Sales Strategist for Global Nutrition Expansion, you'll:
  • Lead a team of account managers responsible for key accounts within our nutrition division portfolio.
  • Launch into new market territories with agility, employing detailed launch and execution strategies to pinpoint growth opportunities.
  • Establish a strong focus on leadership within the sales and account management team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate and manage B2B customer contracts, leveraging brand power, commercial acumen, and sophisticated trading principles.
  • Collaborate with Brand, NPD, and HR teams to develop and execute a comprehensive sales team training plan.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience leading a sales function managing experienced account managers.
  • Proven track record of exceptional sales and contract negotiation skills, with demonstrated commercial acumen.
  • Experience in P&L management and global sales and export operations.
  • Previous success in selling food or food-related products to B2B customers, particularly high-value accounts.
  • Strong understanding of strategic business direction and priorities, with the ability to align sales strategies accordingly.
  • Experience leading and coaching high-performing sales teams, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to leverage category insights from multiple data sources to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent and offering competitive compensation packages.
