At Fnatic, we're seeking a talented Creative Strategist to join our team and help shape the future of brand engagement in the gaming and esports industry.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing innovative concepts and strategies to showcase Fnatic's expertise in gaming/esports to youth audiences.

  • Develop and pitch creative solutions for assigned brands in Fnatic's Partnerships pipeline.
  • Create a library of off-the-shelf brand collateral and activation concepts for various brand categories.
  • Participate in intake/ideation sessions to understand brand motivations and expectations.
  • Support review of Fnatic's commercial inventory and advise on optimal positioning to generate new business.
  • Collate case studies of previous Fnatic activations/partnerships for use in brand collateral and award submissions.
  • Build a deep understanding of gaming/esports and ensure Fnatic's commercial offering is a sector leader.
  • Support collation of market insights for use across the Commercial function.
  • Work closely with Partner Marketing and Success colleagues to ensure concepts are feasible and align with Fnatic's brand goals.
  • Provide clear briefs for asset and concept development to internal teams when required.
  • Lead on ad-hoc Commercial projects as defined by your manager.

  • Client-facing experience articulating creative concepts that support overarching brand strategies.
  • A portfolio of successful brand collaborations.
  • A deep understanding of established and emerging marketing channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with other languages desirable.
