About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced caretaker to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our estate grounds and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the upkeep of estate grounds and facilities, ensuring a safe and clean environment for all.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including gardening, landscaping, and minor repairs.
  • Monitor the security of the estate premises and report any suspicious activities.
  • Assist in setting up and organizing events held within the estate.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in caretaking, cleaning, or maintenance work.
  • An Enhanced DBS check is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor.
