Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out small maintenance repairs and address health and safety issues on estates.

• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring all housing estates are in a safe and clean environment.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driving license and own vehicle.

• Willingness to work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour break.

Additional Information:

• The successful candidate will be required to travel between sites, with mileage paid by the Council.
