- Maintain communal areas within residential estates, ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Conduct regular inspections of estates to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
- Perform small maintenance repairs and tasks as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
