Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Investor Relations Head to manage fundraising lifecycles and stakeholder relationships.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, including RFPs, factsheets, presentations, and newsletters, to effectively communicate the firm's vision.
  • Act as a liaison between investors and internal teams, providing timely responses to queries and concerns.
  • Support the Investment Committee in driving the firm's ESG agenda, setting targets, collecting progress information, and producing reports for stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about ESG developments and participate in conferences as needed to ensure the firm's compliance and competitiveness.

Candidate Profile:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role with a focus on ESG and stakeholder management.
  • CFA ESG Certificate or equivalent experience in ESG initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are advantageous in this role.
