The successful candidate will drive corporate engagement activities, research themes for engagement, and collaborate with fund managers and analysts to prioritize objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement an engagement agenda to drive corporate engagement activities
  2. Research and analyze ESG themes and collaborate with the investment team to prioritize objectives
  3. Manage the progress of engagement programs against objectives
  4. Engage with industry consultations on ESG issues
  5. Build and maintain strong working relationships with the investment team and assist with investment-related projects
  6. Contribute to presentations for existing and prospective clients
Requirements:
  1. Relevant experience in an ESG engagement role at a buy-side firm
  2. Understanding of institutional investors and financial markets
  3. Strong academic background, educated to degree level
  4. Proven presentation, communication, and influencing skills
  5. Driven, strategic thinking, and ability to manage and strengthen working relationships
  6. Ability to engage with clients, corporates, and industry bodies at a high level
