We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Imaging/IR team at Chiswick Outpatients & Diagnostics centre, part of The Lister Hospital.

About the Role:

As a Staff Nurse in Imaging/IR, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing imaging procedures. You will work closely with our radiologists and radiographers to ensure the smooth delivery of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing imaging procedures
  • Work closely with radiologists and radiographers to ensure smooth delivery of patient care
  • Assist with image-guided procedures, including ultrasound, mammography, and CT scans
  • Rotate to assist radiographers in the MRI department, performing cardiac MRI and PILS support for paediatric imaging
  • Contribute to the development of protocols and guidelines for imaging nursing practice
Requirements:
  • BSc (or equivalent) in Nursing and current UK NMC registration meeting PREP requirements
  • Commitment to theatre/Imaging nursing through CPD/protocol development within a radiology area
  • Portfolio of relevant CPD
  • Postgraduate qualification in imaging or another relevant area
  • Previous experience in working with paediatrics an advantage
