Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-driven individual to join our team as a Regional Warranty Administrator. You will be responsible for ensuring all warranty claims submitted comply with manufacturers' published manuals and repair time schedules. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administer warranty processes, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims to manufacturers.
  • Prepare and review invoices for warranty work carried out, ensuring legitimacy and compliance with company procedures.
  • Maintain a thorough approach to ensure adherence to all company and manufacturer disciplines and procedures.
Requirements
  • A great understanding and experience of warranty processes in a motor retailer environment.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A conscientious mindset with a focus on adhering to all company and manufacturer disciplines and procedures.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), birthday off, great pension, generous commission schemes, reward savings, and much more.
