Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our business. You will be responsible for administering warranty claims, preparing and submitting accurate invoices, and maintaining a thorough approach to ensure compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in submitting claims to manufacturers.
  • Prepare and submit accurate invoices for warranty work carried out, maintaining attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster an inclusive culture and diverse workforce, promoting a positive working environment.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in warranty administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • A high level of organizational skill, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
