Lead Maintenance Team at Cameo s.p.a.

Maintenance | Leyland | Full Time | Permanent

As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading the activities of the team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the Preventative Planned Maintenance Schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Maintenance Team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Education to HND/HNC level in Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in a FMCG environment
  • Proven track record of delivering business improvements through efficiency gains
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
