Lead Maintenance Team at Cameo s.p.a.

Maintenance | Leyland | Full Time | Permanent

As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading the activities of the team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the Preventative Planned Maintenance Schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Maintenance Team to achieve high-quality results and meet performance targets.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement business improvements.
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Education to HND/HNC level in Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven management experience in a FMCG environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
