Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our team at WEC Group Ltd. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC multi-axis sliding head autos in a high-volume production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program and set up CNC machines for high-volume production runs
  • Operate CNC multi-axis sliding head autos with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Develop and implement cutting strategies to optimize production
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operation of the machining cell
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety in the workplace

Requirements

  • Time-served experience in a technical machining background
  • Ability to program using Fanuc
  • Experience with multi-axis turning centres
  • Excellent tooling knowledge and cutting strategy skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-tolerance environment
