Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our team at WEC Group Ltd. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC multi-axis sliding head autos in a high-volume production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program and set up CNC machines for high-volume production runs
  • Operate CNC multi-axis sliding head autos with high precision and accuracy
  • Develop and implement cutting strategies to optimize production efficiency
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operation of the machining cell
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of tooling and workholding systems

Requirements

  • Time-served experience in a technical machining background
  • Proficiency in programming using Fanuc
  • Experience working with multi-axis turning centres
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawing, tooling selection, and cutting strategy
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
