cmostores.com is a rapidly growing e-commerce retailer in the building materials sector, with a strong presence across multiple online stores and showrooms nationwide. To continue our success, we are seeking a skilled E-Commerce Merchandising Manager to oversee merchandise planning, inventory management, and sales performance optimization.

This full-time position comes with a salary of £43,250 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including on-site parking, company events, and a generous holiday allowance. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce retail, with expertise in analyzing data, leading teams, and driving commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Creating and maintaining stock flow monitoring tools and forecasting to maintain optimal stock levels and identify areas of opportunity and risk.
* Collaborating with the finance team to ensure alignment with financial targets and milestones.
* Maintaining strong product availability, ensuring forecast accuracy, and effective stock planning for seasonal changes and promotions as well as managing master and component SKUs.
* Using data to drive insight into category performance and making commercial recommendations to the business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience working within an e-commerce retail environment, preferably with achievements in online sales growth.
* Strong analytical skills combined with a solid understanding of commercial trading to drive performance.
* Ability to analyze e-commerce data and use it to influence ideas and decision making.
* Effective leadership and communication skills, able to work across all levels of the organization.
