Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at Corecruitment. In this role, you will oversee and perform planned preventive maintenance and reactive tasks, ensuring all work adheres to company standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health and safety protocols and asset management principles. You will also be responsible for managing and monitoring steam boilers within the laundry area and leveraging the CAFM system to track progress toward Service Level Agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and perform Planned Preventive Maintenance as well as reactive tasks, ensuring all work adheres to company standards and is completed within designated timelines.
  • Manage and monitor steam boilers within the laundry area, completing required training to become a certified steam operator and Authorised Person.
  • Leverage the CAFM system to monitor progress toward Service Level Agreements and support the maintenance of accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Possess a formal technical qualification in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines (minimum ONC level or equivalent), with at least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management.
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety standards, including risk assessment procedures and COSHH regulations.
  • Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and experienced with CAFM systems for managing and tracking maintenance activities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team, communicate clearly, and build positive client relationships that consistently exceed expectations.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
