Automotive Team Lead

This is a senior role for an experienced automotive professional to manage our flagship centre in Salisbury. As a Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the workshop team and have supervisory responsibility.
About the RoleWe are offering a competitive salary of £33,000 - £37,000 per annum, with an average uncapped bonus of £5,800 per year. This role is for 5 days a week, with no Sundays required. You will also receive extra pay through our refer a friend scheme.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate jobs to the workshop team based on technical requirement and customer demand
- Hold daily huddles to ensure all colleagues are updated on commercial priorities and focused on exceeding customer expectations
- Technically train and mentor the workshop team to develop their technical capabilities
The successful candidate will have a technically trained background to level 3 in light vehicle maintenance standard or equivalent time served. They will also have experience of managing/supervising a workshop to drive performance and delivery.
