About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Trade Sales Partner to join our team at B&Q. As a Trade Sales Partner, you will be responsible for developing a network of contacts and growing existing members by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a network of contacts and grow existing members by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Maximise the growth of sales and create a highly effective trade experience in your local area by promoting the TradePoint brand and services.
- Work closely with stores to inspire, motivate, and engage the wider store team to create a culture focused on identifying trade opportunities and delivering the needs of trade members.
- Bring your experience within the trade or house building market and have a sharp commercial mind, as well as plenty of customer service experience.
- Be a great communicator who shows initiative and has plenty of experience building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Be flexible enough to work when our customers need you, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
