About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants in providing high-quality care to residents, promoting independence, dignity, and security.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure care plans are up-to-date and effective.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care, including medication administration and social activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and HC-One's policies.
  • Identify and report any concerns or incidents, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and staff.
Requirements
  • Experience in a care setting, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Compliance with HC-One's policies and procedures, including safeguarding and confidentiality.
