About the Role

The Priory Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Manager to lead our team at The Birches, a specialist service supporting individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar management role, preferably in a mental health setting
  • Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards and best practice in social care
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and make informed decisions
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
