Key Responsibilities- Provide physiotherapy and occupational therapy services to patients at The Jean Hayes Reablement Unit
- Work collaboratively with physiotherapy and nursing staff to achieve patient outcomes
- Liaise with relatives and external agencies to ensure smooth discharge planning
- Current relevant professional registration (HCPC Registration)
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience (Occupational Therapy Degree/Physiotherapy Degree)
