Spatial Planner Professional

We are looking for an experienced Urban Development Specialist to join our team at CV Library. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in urban development, spatial planning, and project management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, preparing and submitting planning applications, and collaborating with architects and consultants. You will also be responsible for engaging with clients, planning officers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality work and bespoke advice.
Key responsibilities include:

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Benefits include car allowance, bonus, CPD opportunities, and flexible working hours.
