About the Role

As a Regulatory Assurance Specialist at IDEX Consulting, you will play a vital role in ensuring regulatory excellence and compliance within our advisory operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct business assurance checks and reviews in alignment with our company's standards and processes.
  • Manage assurance activities to meet specified timescales and provide timely feedback to financial planners.
  • Collaborate constructively with planners and Paraplanners on case reviews, maintaining an impartial stance while promoting regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in remediation efforts where customer impact is identified, supporting solutions that prioritise client welfare.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a collaborative work environment.
