We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join The Sterling Choice in Cheshire. As a Senior QA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within our food production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality control checks throughout production to guarantee adherence to company and regulatory standards.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System, aligned with BRC and other food safety standards.
  • Conduct routine HACCP verifications and assist in updating HACCP documentation.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, addressing non-conformities effectively.
  • Assist in investigating quality incidents, including customer complaints, and contribute to corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will have strong QA experience in the food industry and be familiar with working to BRC standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take on more responsibility without management duties or for a QA Supervisor seeking to remain at a senior level while stepping away from people management.

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
